1. Admission Desk

Present your doctor's admission note at our 24/7 central desk. Our coordinator will verify room preference (Deluxe, Private, Twin sharing) and initiate insurance pre-authorization.

2. Inpatient Orientation

Your floor nurse will welcome you, orient you to the room amenities, attach RFID patient identification wristbands, and conduct initial clinical baseline recordings.

3. Smooth Discharge

Discharges are planned 24 hours in advance. Receive detailed discharge summaries, prescription medications from our pharmacy, diet charts, and follow-up consult bookings.

To ensure a quiet, restorative healing environment for all patients and maintain infection prevention standards, we request visitors adhere to the following visiting schedule:

General & Private Inpatient Wards: 11:00 AM - 1:00 PM & 5:00 PM - 7:30 PM
Intensive Care Units (ICU / CCU): 12:00 PM - 1:00 PM & 6:00 PM - 7:00 PM
Neonatal ICU (NICU): Parents Only (Designated Hours)
  • • Only 2 visitor passes are issued per private room; 1 pass for ICU patients.
  • • Children under 12 years of age are not permitted in ICU areas to safeguard their immunity.
  • • Hand sanitization is mandatory upon entering and exiting patient rooms.

All diagnostic lab reports and radiology images are accessible 24/7 through our secure digital patient portal using your Unique Health ID (UHID) or registered mobile number.
